Method

  1. Soak cashew nuts overnight in cold water the day before.
  2. Combine all ingredients in food processor except for overnight soaked cashew nuts and coconut yogurt blend until well combined.
  3. Add overnight soaked cashew nuts and coconut yogurt and pulse until smooth.
  4. Add additional water and oil until you have reached the desired consistency.
  5. Store in an airtight container in fridge for up to 5 days.

Notes

Can be used as a dip for kiddies snacks: crackers, veggie and fruit slices or baked goods.
