Two Ingredient Chocolate Cake

Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
2 Large Sweet potatoes.
200g dark chocolate
Frosting (Optional)
½ cup coconut milk
100g dark chocolate
Method
Peel sweet potatoes and cut them into cubes before steaming them for 20 min or until soft.
Melt chocolate in a bowl over boiling water.
Blend chocolate and sweet potatoes until smooth.
Pour into a lined baking tray and place in the fridge to set.
For frosting add coconut milk and chocolate to a bowl over a saucepan of boiling water.
Once melted pour on top of cake and place back in the fridge to set overnight.
Notes
Be careful to overheat chocolate.
