Two Ingredient Chocolate Cake

Method

  1. Peel sweet potatoes and cut them into cubes before steaming them for 20 min or until soft.
  2. Melt chocolate in a bowl over boiling water.
  3. Blend chocolate and sweet potatoes until smooth.
  4. Pour into a lined baking tray and place in the fridge to set.
  5. For frosting add coconut milk and chocolate to a bowl over a saucepan of boiling water.
  6. Once melted pour on top of cake and place back in the fridge to set overnight.

Notes

Be careful to overheat chocolate.
