Mushroom Sauce
Prep: 15 min
Cook: 30 min
Serves: 10-12
Ingredients
500 g Mushrooms sliced
2 cans coconut cream
2 tbsp mixed herbs
2 Onions diced finely
2 tbsp Thyme
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp Coconut sugar
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp pepper.
Method
Add olive oil to a medium size pan and sauté onions over medium heat for 5 min.
Add coconut sugar, mixed herbs, thyme, pepper and mushrooms and fry for another 10 minutes.
Add lemon juice and coconut cream and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve hot.
Notes
Use sauce for sirloin steak.
