Blueberry Baked Oats

Ingredients
200g rolled oats
4 ripe bananas
60g protein or almond flour
420 ml Almond milk
1tsp baking powder
120g frozen blueberries, warmed in a pan with 1tsp honey or maple syrup
6tbsp coconut yogurt
Method
Mash bananas with a fork in a casserole bowl.
Add all the dry ingredients and milk and mix until combined.
Top it off with warmed blueberries and yogurt.
Bake for 35-40 min at 180 degrees.
Notes
Serve with a drizzle of peanut or almond butter.
