Baby Sleepy Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup frozen or fresh cherries
1/2 cup plain yogurt/ coconut yogurt (dairy free)
1 banana
1 cup spinach
3 tbsp oats
1/4 Avocado/ 2 tbsp almonds
1/3 cup almond milk/ Breastmilk
Method
Place all ingredients into your blender.
Blend until smooth and add more milk to thin out.
